No. Once a leak starts the extinguisher needs to be serviced by a company that does that kind of work or replaced.
It is a very good fire extinguisher, but also with O-ring seals that can be the best that can break are, with a valve, the leak and that is why you take to be inspected once a year for reasons of security.
