Why are real-estate stocks/etf's going through the roof? - young real estate investors

I am a young investor trying to decide my job ETF. My options are the following icons. VTI, EFA, AIA, AIM, Agr. I want to allocate more, VTI. But the AIA had incredible gains in recent years, but I think that maybe can vary a little influence too much for my taste, much of it. Advice?
